Meet the Team

Rachel is a graduate of Boston University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences and her graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology.

She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed to practice within the state of Massachusetts. Rachel has experience working with children with receptive and expressive language disorders, speech sound disorders (childhood apraxia of speech, phonological and articulation disorders), fluency disorders, and social pragmatic communication differences.

Rachel has been awarded the ASHA ACE Award for demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning through continuing education. Prior coursework includes Diagnosis and Treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech Using Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC). As a Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) trained clinician, Rachel supports gestalt language processors with neurodiversity-affirming therapy. She has practiced as a speech language pathologist for over ten years. 

She enjoys playing piano, reading, visiting the theater and the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
